§ 2.12.040. Determination of fees.

In all cases where it is determined by the approval authority that consultant, inspection or legal services pursuant to this chapter will be retained, the fee shall:
A.

Not exceed the usual and average cost for such services as established by review of the cost associated with similar past or present applications within the town or surrounding municipalities;

B.

Be passed through to the applicant.
