§ 12.04.010. Purpose.

The purpose of this chapter is to regulate the planning, alignment and construction of collector and local roads prior to their dedication to the town as public roads. It is intended that this chapter be utilized as a technical supplement to Chapter 16.12 and Chapter 17.32, site plan review and approval procedure for the town, with all addenda and revisions thereto.
